1. Before installing the product, please take note of the precautions marked on the battery and read this manual for details. Please pay attention to the polarity when installing. Red line is positive, black line is negative.
2. Different motorcycle models have different requirements for their electrical systems and maybe be unsuitable for different products. If you are not sure your motorcycle is compatible with this product, please contact your dealer or dealership.
3. Under normal conditions, the generator will charge the battery via the rectifier while the vehicle is in motion. Please note that the output voltage of the rectifier must be higher than the battery voltage in order to charge.
4. The battery voltage may fluctuate slightly depending on driving conditions, due to changes in load, (throttle changes, head lights, directional lights, brake lights, etc.), resulting in different demands for power.
5. If the battery voltage is higher than 14.5V or lower than 12.5V while driving, please check the charging system and rectifier. The rectifier may be damaged and the voltage is too high, or the battery cannot be charged.
6. The voltage range of the lithium battery is between 10V to 15V, and the voltage output of the generator is between 13.5V to 14.5V.
7. When the battery has not been charged for a long time and needs to be recharged, it is recommended that you use a lithium iron battery charged with a smart CC-CV mode (constant current and constant voltage).
8. DO NOT disassemble the product. Once the product has been disassembly, the warranty is immediately void.
9. DO NOT short-circuit the battery. DO NOT use a metal rod to touch both the positive and negatives electrodes. DO NOT drop, soak in water, or keep near a fire source.
10. This product is only designed to be used for motorcycle cycle. Please DO NOT use it for other purposes.
