＊ Product Warranty Statement

1. Warranty period: 1 year from date of sale. 

2. To protect the rights of our customers, upon purchase from a dealer or car dealership, please notify the seller immediately to replace the product if there are blemishes in appearance or missing parts. 

3. If the battery is disassembled, impacted by obvious external forces, or damaged by human factors during the warranty period, the customer’s warranty will be forfeited. 

4. If the product is defective from time of purchase, please contact the dealer or dealership to repair or replace the product. 

5. The following cases will not be covered by the warranty:

A. Product failure or damage caused by force majeure factors such as natural disasters, man-made damage, human negligence such as short circuiting, liquid infiltration, and other abnormal causes. 

B: The battery is used in series or parallel connection.

C: Damage caused by not following the manual or not following installation instructions. 

D: Battery damage caused by abnormal charging or non-charging due to rectifier failure. 

E: The battery is not charged and has been discharging for a long time, resulting in low voltage and permanent damage to the battery.
